PRICE POLICY

• Starting price is calculated per customer, based on sharing a room for 2 people ( Double/ twin room )
• Single room prices will include a surcharge equal to the starting price for each customer
• Prices for triple rooms are reduced for the 3 guest if staying in an extra bed, or depending on room type.

CHILDREN POLICY

• Children under 2 years old: 10% tour price (Sharing bed & food with parents )
• Children from 02 – 04 years old: 50% tour price (Sharing bed with parents )
• Children from 5 – 9 years old: 75% of tour price (Sharing bed with parents )
• Children from 10 years old: 100% tour price ( separate bed in parents’ room )

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellation at 45 days before arrival date: NO FEE (except in cases where the flight ticket guarantees a seat)
• Air ticket with guaranteed seat: 100% fee charged
• Cancellation from 44 days to 30 days before arrival date: 30% charge
• Cancellation from 29 days to 15 days before arrival date: 50% charge
• Cancellation from 14 days to  7 days before arrival date: 75% charge
• Cancellation from 6 days to 4 days before arrival date: 90 % charge
• Cancellation less than 3 days and no-show: 100% charge

Note: This policy applies to general bookings only, not to peak season bookings or any bookings requiring special deposits or payments recommended by our sales team.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• Full payment required 30 days prior to arrival date
• Payment by bank transfer. All bank transfer fees are borne by the sender
